Umidly ("Company," "we," "our," "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website, use our mobile application, or otherwise engage with our platform and services (collectively, the "Services").   • User Content: We collect the information you provide when you create new courses, such as the topic name, and any optional information you provide to customize your learning path.
  • Payment Information: If you subscribe to our paid plans, we will collect payment-related information. Please note that we use third-party payment processors, and we do not store your full credit card information.
  • Communications: If you contact us directly for support or other inquiries, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.

1.2. Data We Collect Automatically

  • Usage and Progress Data: We automatically collect information about your interactions with our Services. This includes the courses you start, your progress within them (e.g., "65% Complete"), your "Streak" data (current and max streak), achievements earned, and badges collected.
  • Device and Log Information: We collect information from your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and timestamps. This helps us to maintain and improve our Services.

1.3. Information from Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, web beacons, tracking pixels, and other tracking technologies on the Services to help customize the Services and improve your experience. When you access the Services, your personal information is not collected through the use of tracking technology. Most browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can remove or reject cookies, but be aware that such action could affect the availability and functionality of the Services.

  • With Other Users: Your Public Profile information (name, age, achievements, streak) is visible to other users of the platform to foster a community environment. You can manage your profile settings to control what is shared.
  • By Law or to Protect Rights: We may disclose your information if we are required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g., a court or a government agency). We may also disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.
  • Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third-party vendors, service providers, contractors, or agents who perform services for us or on our behalf and require access to such information to do that work. Examples include: payment processing, data analysis, email delivery, hosting services, and customer service.
  • Business Transfers: We may share or transfer your information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.

In accordance with our Terms of Service, users under the age of 18 ("Minors") may only use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan and choose to provide information to us, please note that we transfer the data, including Personal Data, to Uzbekistan and process it there.
